Security:
All credit card purchases are through secure servers with 128-bit encryption, all orders (US and Canada) are handled via PayPal. I will NEVER see your credit card information, I will not see any credit card numbers, or billing address. The transaction is handled by PayPal, and even their employees will not see them. Your credit card numbers will be encrypted and secured. Despite popular notion that online shopping is unsafe, the fact and truth is, the security on online shopping is MORE secure than real life transaction. The problem with online shopping is fraud, which occurs in real life too. The security isn't the issue, the honesty of the seller is!

Privacy: Your privacy is VERY important to me! All your information will simply be used to contact you in relating to your orders, and to ship your orders to you - nothing more. They will not be sold to any company. I dislike calls from telemarketing company just like everyone else. I also dislike the stacks of junk mail I get in my mail box. AND I really dislike the spams that I get in my email inbox. Any use of information will be strictly for internal use only. Online Payments:
All online payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal is one of the biggest online transactions website online with over 10 million users, it is now owned by eBay. PayPal has become the prefer payment method for many eBay sellers, and small-business e-commerce site, because its easy and fast to use.

Other Types of Payment: I accept other forms of online payments if you do not wish to use PayPal. If you are not comfortable with online payments, there are many other alternatives. I accept money orders, cashier's check, and personal checks. Personal checks will require 3-7 days to clear before item can be shipped. Please include a clear shipping address, and the items you are purchasing. Shipping Information:
Shipping is via different method depending on product ordered. For example, the bushing kits are shipped via USPS first-class mail, and is usually delivered within 3-4 days for US orders. Other larger products are shipped either via FedEx or UPS ground. "Usually Ships within" times are business days and are estimates; they are fairly accurate, but cannot be guaranteed if exception circumstances arise. (Such as items out of stock, etc.) Buyers will of course be notified promptly if their items are delayed for whatever reason. "Usually Takes" times are business days and are estimates; they are fairly accurate but unfortunately cannot be guaranteed if courier delays the items for whatever reason. (i.e.: weather condition in parts of country causing delays in item deliveries). Tracking numbers are provided for some items if provided by courier, for the bushing kits order tracking numbers are not provided, but delivery confirmation labels are on each bushing kit orders to ensure proper deliveries.

Product Return Policy:
Unfortunately except for the bushing kits and Revo SS, all sales are final and cannot be returned. Products listed on site are sourced from different suppliers hence the lower prices and are guaranteed to be new and authentic products from their respective manufactures. If products are damaged due to shipping, please contact us for further information and details. Bushing kits and Revo SS may be returned only if its in resalable condition and within 10 days of reception. Buyer pays for cost to ship item back to us. A full refund minus $3 for handling and processing will be issued for returning a bushing kit. For the Revo SS a full refund minus $8 for handling and processing will be issued.
