As you can tell from the picture above, I have used one of my clamps to secure one of the provided metal brackets onto the 2nd intake pipe. Doing this takes some trail and error, since I had to locate where I would want the clamp to be placed, and where I want the bracket to be place. As you fit the 2nd intake pipe onto the 1st intake pipe, position the pipe around and line it up with the metal bracket and transmission bracket hole to see where you should have the metal bracket mounted onto the pipe. Use a marker so you'll remember where to mount the clamp. Placing some rubber between the metal bracket and the intake pipe before you tighten up the hose clamp would also be a good idea. Remember to position it so that the pipe will not be in contact with the transmission or any other objects within the engine bay.

This step may require jacking up the forward left side of the car (if you are facing front of the car), since you will need to slide the filter in from the bottom of the car, and attach it to the intake pipe. I jacked up the front left of the car to ease the installation of the filter.

Once the filter is on, you can now tighten all the hose clamps and make sure everything is tighten. You're pretty much all done now!

Before zooming around town with your new shiny CAI, remember to reset the ECU. Most people do this by disconnecting the negative on the battery, but I prefer to do it the right way. (Note: You can opt to forgo this step, and just wait for the ECU to adapt to the new air ratio and mix the fuel accordingly. But during this time you will have higher idling as the ECU adapts.) To reset the ECU, take the fuse cover off the fuse box, and locate the F.I. ECU fuse (7.5 amp fuse) by looking at the diagram behind the fuse box cover. Remove the fuse for 10 minutes, then place the fuse back in. Start the car, and let it idle for 10 minutes without touching the gas pedal. After 10 minutes, turn off the car and start the car, and turn it off immediately after that. Now you're done, the idle should be smooth and the ECU should be set to the new air ratio.

Finally. All done. Enjoy the more aggressive intake throttle tone and possibly more hp/torque. Check out the review of this particular intake here.
